Terms of Service

These terms govern access to Maddict Audience Cloud (the “Service”), operated by [legal entity]. The Service is invite-only and intended solely for authorized advertising agencies and their invited team members. By signing in you accept these terms on behalf of your agency.

• Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Use a strong password and complete the sign-in challenge when prompted.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or a security issue (see the Security page).

Agency administrators manage members and seats within their plan’s entitlements. Administrators are responsible for ensuring that the people they invite are authorized to access the agency’s data, and for removing members who should no longer have access.

You agree not to:

• Circumvent or attempt to exceed your plan's entitlements, seat limits, or rate limits.
• Access or attempt to access another tenant's data.
• Probe, scan, or reverse-engineer the Service except as expressly permitted by our security policy.
• Use the Service unlawfully or to infringe the rights of others.

The Service, including the platform and Maddict’s proprietary audience data, is owned by Maddict and its licensors. Your agency receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service according to your plan. Content and data you provide remain yours; you grant us the rights needed to operate the Service for you.

Access to features, markets, segments, and export capabilities is gated by your agency’s tier and entitlements, which may be adjusted in accordance with your commercial agreement with Maddict.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and we aim to give reasonable notice of material changes. Specific availability commitments, if any, are set out in your commercial agreement.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, for security reasons, or as provided in your commercial agreement. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and tenant data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maddict disclaims implied warranties and limits its liability as set out in your commercial agreement. [Final warranty and liability terms pending counsel review.]
